Le Corbusier, Unité d'Habitation, Marseille (Architectural Poster by 'Edition Lidiarte')

This is an illustration of the work of the legendary French architect, Le Corbusier.

One of his most famous works, the Unité d'Habitation, was completed in 1952 and is widely known today as the world's first apartment building.

It was built as part of a government-led project to rebuild France, which was devastated after World War II, and is a 12-story building that can accommodate 337 households.

It features a piloti-style structure that integrates various facilities, including residential facilities, commercial facilities, and a rooftop garden, into one building, and in which the columns on the first floor support the entire building.

The illustration was created by Edition Lidiarte, a German-based architectural poster production company, and has the appeal of looking at a drawing, precisely expressing the entire building and its detailed elements on a flat surface.

This work is printed in a size of 100cm wide and 70cm high, and is placed in a custom-made frame to match the size of the illustration, adding to its aesthetic appeal.
